RETURN & CANELLATION POLICY

RETURN PROCEDURE

For all cases where you wish to return the product you purchased (change or replacement), you should contact us at the telephone numbers listed on the contact page or at info@eyecom.gr. We accept changes and returns up to 14 days after the date of receipt of our products. After contacting us, you will send the product(s) you wish to return so that once received we can process your new order

MONEY REFUND

You have 14 days to withdraw from any purchase you may have made through our online store. The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you bought from our online store, and get your money back, provided it is returned in its original condition, and provided you have contacted us to state the reason you are returning it .

The above period of fourteen (14) calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, is exercised from the day after the day on which you or a person whom you may have indicated to us as responsible for receiving your products (other than the carrier) acquired the physical possession of the purchased goods.

NO RECEIPT

In the event that you did not receive the product through your own fault, you can contact us to re-arrange the shipment at your own expense.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The order can be canceled in the following cases:
Before the order is completed
If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, contacting our store by phone
